We aim to process orders as soon as you place them, every day of the week, including holidays. You'll receive a confirmation order email from as soon as it's processed.

We'll do our best to ship your order on the same day of purchase. You will receive a confirmation order email when its shipped. You are welcome to reply to any of our emails with any questions or request for updates.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. Clicking on your tracking number should take you to your item's tracking page.

In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we want to make the return or exchange process as easy for you as possible. There are just some things we want you to keep in mind!

Returns or exchanges of full-priced merchandise are accepted within 15 days of purchase.

Discounted or on Sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.

Returned or exchanged merchandise should include purchase receipt and it must be in original condition, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. All tags attached.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, store credit or gift card.

The first return or exchange will be covered by Adara Swimwear. If a second exchange or return is requested, the cost of the second shipping will be covered by the customer.

Upon receiving your return we will process the refund. Your credit will be processed and it should be reflected on your next credit card statement.
